What hiring looks like here

Four steps. No trick questions, no whiteboard CS puzzles. We try to make decisions in under three weeks.

    Apply

    Send a resume and a few sentences on why you're interested. Keep it short.

  2. 02

    Intro call

    30 minutes with the hiring manager. Mutual fit, scope of the role, and your questions about us.

  3. 03

    Skill round

    A take-home or working session relevant to the role. We pay for take-home work over 2 hours.

  4. 04

    Decision

    Final conversation, references, offer. We aim for under 3 weeks from first contact to a decision.
