01 Research use only
All products sold by Freedom Aminos are research chemicals intended exclusively for in-vitro research and forensic analysis by qualified professionals. They are NOT:
- Drugs, medicines, or pharmaceutical preparations.
- Dietary supplements, food, or food additives.
- Cosmetic products or topical preparations.
- Veterinary products of any kind.
- Approved or intended for diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease in humans or animals.
02 No human or animal use
Our products are NOT to be administered to or consumed by any human, animal, or living organism, by any route, for any reason. This includes — but is not limited to — oral consumption, injection, inhalation, topical application, or insufflation. By purchasing, you affirm that you will not administer the product in any of these ways.
03 Buyer is a qualified researcher
When you place an order, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age (21 where applicable in your jurisdiction).
- You are a qualified professional researcher, scientist, laboratory operator, or otherwise legally permitted to purchase, possess, and handle research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
- You will use the products solely for in-vitro laboratory or analytical research purposes.
- You will not redistribute or resell the products to unqualified buyers.
04 Regulatory compliance
You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the import, possession, handling, storage, transfer, and disposal of the products in your jurisdiction. The legal status of certain compounds varies by country and by state — verify before ordering. We make no representation that a given compound is legal to receive at your address.
05 Handling & safety
Treat all products as you would any laboratory chemical of unknown toxicity:
- Use appropriate PPE: gloves, eye protection, lab coat at minimum.
- Work in a properly ventilated area or fume hood when reconstituting or handling powders.
- Store at the temperature specified on the COA. Do not freeze-thaw repeatedly.
- Dispose of unused product and materials in accordance with your institution's hazardous waste protocols.

07 Right to refuse
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or rescind any order, at any time, for any reason — including evidence or reasonable suspicion of misuse, intent to misuse, or violation of these terms.
08 Indemnification
By purchasing, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freedom Aminos and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense — including reasonable attorney fees — arising from your use, misuse, mishandling, or unlawful use of the products, or your violation of these General Use Terms.
09 Acceptance at checkout
A checkbox at checkout requires you to confirm that you have read and agree to these General Use Terms before you can submit your order. By checking that box and submitting your order, you affirm every representation in this document.
