HPLC
A reverse-phase column separates the compound from impurities. A UV detector reads the eluent at the absorption wavelength of peptide bonds (typically 214 nm). Each peak is integrated, area is normalized, and purity is reported as the percentage of total chromatographic area.
- Resolution: ≤0.1% impurity detection
- Column: C18 reverse-phase, 4.6 × 250 mm
- Detector: UV at 214 nm + 280 nm
- Run time: 30–60 min per sample
