- Account data — your password (stored as a hash), settings you choose, and matching history tied to your login.
- Matching info — the GLP you asked about, your ZIP, and limited payment details if you ever pay a matching or consult-related fee (last four digits only; the full card number stays with our payment processor).
- Technical and browsing info — IP address, browser, device type, pages you visit, and referring sites.
- Support correspondence — messages you send us and our responses.
03 How we use your information
Your information helps us:
- Complete clinic-matching introductions, including age or eligibility checks when needed.
- Respond to questions and resolve matching or account problems.
- Make the website and matching service better over time.
- Deliver transactional messages about matching status, plus optional updates if you have opted in.
- Satisfy applicable legal and regulatory duties.
- Spot and stop fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
04 Cookies & tracking
We rely on first-party cookies for core functions like keeping you signed in and remembering matching form progress. Limited third-party analytics cookies may also be used. We do not run advertising pixels or behavioral retargeting. Blocking cookies in your browser is fine, though some parts of the site may not work as expected.
05 Sharing your information
Personal data is shared only with service partners that support our operations, and only as much as they need to do their job:
- Companies that process payments and refunds.
- Licensed clinic partners that receive matching introductions you request.
- Email and analytics tools under data-processing agreements.
- Government or law enforcement when legally required and after we review the demand.
06 Your rights

07 Data retention
We keep account and order information for as long as your account remains active, then for a further period needed for tax, bookkeeping, and legal compliance (often around seven years). Marketing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe.
08 Security
We protect data in transit with TLS, encrypt stored databases where appropriate, and restrict access by role. Absolute security is not guaranteed online, but we use industry-standard measures and revisit them regularly.
09 Children's privacy
Freedom Aminos is not aimed at people under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we find that we have, we delete it promptly.
10 Changes to this policy
This policy may change as our practices evolve or as the law requires. Important updates will be posted on this page and, when suitable, sent by email. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
