01 Summary
Freedom Aminos does not sell, pack, or ship research peptides or GLP medication. There is no Freedom Aminos vial order to refund. If a licensed clinic supplies treatment, that clinic’s refund and fulfillment policies apply.
02 What we do not refund
We cannot refund or replace items we did not sell:
- Research peptides or research vials.
- GLP medication supplied by a clinic.
- Clinic consult, lab, or pharmacy charges billed by a clinic or its partners.
03 Matching-service questions
If you paid Freedom Aminos a matching-related fee (if any) and believe it was charged in error, email supportnow@freedomaminos.com. We respond within two business days.
04 Clinic-supplied treatment
Questions about delayed clinic shipments, damaged clinic packages, or clinic billing go to the clinic that evaluated you — not to a Freedom Aminos peptide warehouse, because we do not operate one.
