When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm CT on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends/holidays, ship the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to most countries. Customs duties, taxes, and clearance procedures are the recipient's responsibility. Some regions are restricted; contact us before ordering if you're unsure about yours.
How is the package labeled?
Plain box, no product names, no branding visible on the outside. Inside, you'll find your batch documentation alongside the vials.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, contact us with your order number — we'll work with the carrier on a trace and ship a replacement if needed.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't been packed yet, yes. Email us with the new address as soon as possible. Once a tracking number has been issued, the address is locked.
